CREST: PR Tracker, 1RM Log
Last updated: October 2, 2026
By using Crest you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the app.
Crest records the weights you lift and works out what they are worth: estimated maxes, personal bests, a rank and a suggestion for when to try a new record. It is a record keeper and a calculator.
Crest is not a coach and not medical advice. The suggested weights are arithmetic on the numbers you typed, not a judgement of whether you are recovered, warmed up, injured or ready. Lifting heavy carries a risk of injury. You decide what to attempt, and you do so at your own risk. If you have any doubt, talk to a doctor or a qualified coach.
Your lifts stay on your device. We hold no copy and cannot restore anything for you. Back up your phone, or use the export in settings, if the history matters to you.
Estimated maxes come from published formulas and are estimates, not measurements. Ranks are a comparison against bodyweight, not a certificate of anything.
Crest is free to use with one Push, one Pull and one Legs lift, and one more lift of any kind for telling a friend about the app from inside it. Your rank, progress, PR history and share cards are free. CREST Pro adds unlimited lifts and the suggestion for when to try a new record, with the weight to load. It is an auto-renewable subscription sold through the App Store:
Prices are shown in your local currency in the app before you buy and may differ by country. Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase, or when the free trial ends. The subscription renews automatically at the same price for the same period unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your account is charged for the renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends.
You can manage or cancel the subscription at any time in your App Store account settings (Settings, your name, Subscriptions). Cancelling stops the next renewal; Pro stays on until the paid period ends. If you cancel during the free trial, you are not charged. Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple’s own terms, at reportaproblem.apple.com.
On a new phone, open CREST Pro in the app and tap Restore while signed in to the same Apple ID.
Your use of the app is also subject to Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement. Where these terms and that agreement differ, these terms apply between you and Stackpine.
Crest is provided as it is, without warranty. To the extent the law allows, Stackpine is not liable for injury, lost data or any other loss arising from the use of the app.
These terms may change. The date at the top says when they last did.
