CREST: PR Tracker, 1RM Log

Common questions
- How do I log a lift? Tap Add lift, pick the exercise, set the weight and the reps, and save. That is the whole flow. There is no workout to start and none to finish.
- Where does “ready for a PR” come from? A set at a lower weight for more reps says what your one rep max is worth today. When that estimate passes your real best, Crest says you are ready and suggests the next step up.
- What are the plate numbers under it? What to load on each side of the bar to reach the suggested weight, counting the bar itself.
- How is my rank worked out? Each lift is measured against lifters at your bodyweight. Your Push, Pull and Legs lifts each get a rank, and together they make your overall rank, on a ladder from Wood to Olympian. Keep your bodyweight up to date in settings or the rank drifts.
- Bodyweight exercises? Chin-ups and dips are logged as weight added on top of you, so “+30 kg” means a belt with 30 kg.
- An exercise is missing. Type its name in the search field when you add a lift and it is added.
- Moving to a new phone? There is no account, so your history lives on the device. Use the export in settings before you switch. If you have CREST Pro, open it on the new phone and tap Restore with the same Apple ID.
- What does CREST Pro cost? $2.99 a month, or $17.99 a year with a 7-day free trial. It renews automatically until you cancel. Full details are in the Terms.
- How do I cancel? In your iPhone’s Settings: your name, Subscriptions, CREST. Cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends to stop the next charge. Cancel during the trial and you pay nothing.
- I paid but Pro isn’t on. Open CREST Pro in the app and tap Restore. If that doesn’t fix it, email us.
- Can I get a refund? Purchases go through Apple, so refunds do too: reportaproblem.apple.com.
