Excuse Caddie is provided "as is" for entertainment. It generates random golf related excuses on your device. The app does not provide legal, professional, or medical advice.
The app includes a community leaderboard and a per excuse upvote and downvote system. Votes are anonymous and counted using a random device identifier that is not tied to your name, email, or account. By voting, you agree that your vote may be counted and displayed publicly in the leaderboard. We reserve the right to moderate or remove content from the leaderboard at any time.
Each time you tap Mulligan, the app sends an anonymous request to our backend at excusecaddie.xyz so that the global "alibis on the card" counter stays accurate. No personal data is attached to that request.
If you opt in to weekly reminders, the app schedules two local notifications per week (Thursday evening and Sunday morning) using your operating system. These notifications are fired by your device and not by us. You can turn them off at any time from the toggle in the app footer.
The developer makes no guarantees regarding the app's availability, accuracy of content, or suitability for any particular use.
By using the app, you agree that you are solely responsible for how you use it and for any sharing or copying of generated text.
