Acceptance
By downloading, installing, or using Springback (“the app”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Description
Springback is a habit tracker that rewards coming back after a missed day. Your habits and history are stored locally on your device.
Springback Pro
Springback is free to use with up to three active habits. Springback Pro adds unlimited habits, more reminders per habit and insights.
- What is offered: a monthly subscription, a yearly subscription, and a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices are shown in your local currency in the app before you buy, and are set by the App Store.
- Free trial: the yearly subscription starts with a free trial. Nothing is charged during the trial, and the app reminds you before it ends. Unless you cancel before it ends, the subscription begins and the first payment is taken at that point.
- Renewal: subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until cancelled. Lifetime is a single payment and never renews.
- Cancelling: manage or cancel at any time in your Apple ID subscription settings. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not end the period you have already paid for.
- Payment and refunds: payment is taken by Apple, not by us. We never see your card details. Refunds are handled under Apple’s policy, and requests go to Apple directly.
- Your data either way: habits you already have are never locked. Without Pro they stay readable, loggable and editable; only adding habits beyond the free limit needs Pro.
Use of the App
- Use the app only for its intended purpose
- Do not attempt to reverse-engineer or modify the app
- Do not use the app for any illegal purpose
Disclaimer
The app is provided “AS IS”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Springback is a habit tool, not medical or professional advice. Because your data lives only on your device, keep an exported backup if your history matters to you.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost data
- Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app (if any)
Intellectual Property
Springback and its content are owned by Stackpine. You may not copy, modify, or distribute app content. The Springback name and logo are trademarks of Stackpine.
Changes
We may change these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the new terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden.
