Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using Slothy ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Description

Slothy is a simple task app that lets you:

• Add and manage tasks for today and tomorrow
• Store tasks and settings locally on your device

Subscriptions and Purchases

Slothy is a paid app. There is no separate premium tier: a purchase unlocks the app itself, and everything the app does is included.

• What is offered: a monthly subscription, a yearly subscription, and a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices are shown in your local currency in the app before you buy, and are set by the App Store or Google Play.
• Free trial: where offered, the yearly subscription starts with a free trial. Nothing is charged during the trial. Unless you cancel before it ends, the subscription begins and the first payment is taken at that point.
• Renewal: subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until cancelled. Lifetime is a single payment and never renews.
• Cancelling: manage or cancel at any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not end the period you have already paid for.
• Payment and refunds: payment is taken by Apple or Google, not by us. We never see your card details. Refunds are handled under the store's policy, and requests go to Apple or Google directly.
• Existing users: people who used Slothy before it became paid are shown a reduced one-time price for lifetime access. That offer does not expire.
• Your data either way: tasks already on your device stay readable and editable whether or not you have an active purchase. Nothing you have written is withheld from you.

Use of the App

• Use the app only for its intended purpose
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer or modify the app
• Do not use the app for any illegal purpose

Disclaimer

The app is provided "AS IS". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app (if any)

Intellectual Property

Slothy and its content are owned by Dot Systems. You may not copy, modify, or distribute app content. The Slothy name and logo are trademarks of Dot Systems.

Changes

We may change these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the new terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden.
