Mulligan: The Real Scorecard

This Privacy Policy describes how Mulligan (“the App”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) handles information when you use our mobile application. By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
The App stores the following data on your device:
The App may request permission to send local push notifications. These notifications are scheduled entirely on your device to remind you to review your round statistics. No notification data is transmitted to external servers. You can disable notifications at any time through your device’s system settings.
The App may request access to your device’s photo library for the sole purpose of allowing you to select a custom background image. This feature is optional and requires your explicit permission.

The App does not collect, transmit, or store any of the following:
All data is stored locally on your device using the operating system’s secure storage mechanisms. No data is transmitted to external servers. We do not have access to any information stored within the App.
Your data is protected by your device’s security features, including screen lock and encryption where available.
The App does not integrate with third-party analytics, advertising networks, or data collection services. No user data is shared with any external parties.
We do not sell, trade, rent, or otherwise share any user data with third parties. Since no data is collected or transmitted, there is no data to share.
Data remains on your device until you delete it. You may delete individual records through the App interface or remove all data by uninstalling the App. Uninstalling the App permanently deletes all associated data.
The App does not collect personal information from any user, including children under 13. No account creation is required, and no personal data is gathered. The App is suitable for users of all ages.
You maintain full control over your data:
For users in the European Economic Area: Since we do not collect or process personal data, GDPR data processing requirements do not apply. All data remains under your control on your device.
For users in California: We do not collect or sell personal information as defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act.
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Changes will be reflected in the Effective Date above. Continued use of the App following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
